Name Spelling
All names are listed western style, given name first and family name last.
In the story, japanese names are usually listed japanese style, family name first, and all others western style.
I decided to use all western style in an attempt to limit confusion among english speaking fans.

Spelling japanese words in english can be inconsistent because there are mutiple methods of doing so.
I've tried to list possible alternatives where necessary- 'Chidori' is more common than 'Tidori', but the latter is not really incorrect. I don't care for when fans nitpick about 'exact' english spelling- currently there is no such thing as even the japanese cannot easily decide how they want their language romanized, and the mutiple name spellings I've provided are acutally *all* found in various official FMP! related printings. (Chidori and Tidori- Teletha and Teresa)
As far as I'm concerned it's up to ADV and NewType to settle on the 'official' romanized spellings.
