All of these are books can be found for purchase online, some with difficulty however. Merchants are the recommended route, however eBay can sometimes be useful. Quite often books on eBay go for well over the reasonable price.
Fair price from online merchants for artbooks seems to be anywhere between $30-$50.
Manga can be had for as little as $5 per tankubon, although $6-$8 is more common. $9+ is generally too much.
I picked up the filmbooks for about $12-$15 each in a local store. That's my best estimate for those.

Please be aware that all books are all in japanese, only in japanese.

The first mainstream artbook to be released, it is TV series only. Mostly showing the major Student Council Saga characters, it gives a few pages to each. Mostly TV stills arranged among pics of real roses. Very few stills from the Black Rose Saga, even less for beyond. Includes the infamous 'Pink pages'- charts and pages dedicated to detailing quirks in Utena. Examples are Miki's Stopwatch, Key objects in the BRS, Foods Anthy makes, Strange Occurrences at Student Council meetings, ect ect. Best to know at least a little japanese for these.

Tv series only- it is a large collection of the commercial artwork used in ads, articles, on media covers, ect ect. Sealed section is invertiews with Kunihiki Ikuhara, Chiho Saito, Shinya Hasegawa, and Yoji Enokido. Also a large rough paper section of cell sketches from key scenes in the series. Large, but cropped, LD cover images. Pages fell out at first scanning :( but it's still a wonderful book.

Also interviews with Hiroshi Nishikiori, Akemi Hayashi, Katsuyo Hashimoto, and Jyugo Kazayama. LD cover images + prelim sketch ideas. Tons and tons of prelim sketches. Sega commercial artwork +a good amount of movie artwork. A section of 'nude' or 'becoming nude' images of the duellists, including the Black Rose characters. This book isn't Utena, per se, but is an artbook by Chiho Saito. Some very beautiful manga style artwork from many of her other manga stories are in it, and if you love her Utena artwork, you'll likely love this book too.

Approx 65 one-sided pages of the concept sketches of the characters of TV. All black and white, the sketches look like a coloring book, although they are rather rough, many with japanese notation, such as char's names. Sadly missing IMO- BR style characters, Akio and Utena in finery, child Utena.

This is a small book, smaller than an average paperback- and slim. White cover with Utena and Anthy holding hands- heads togther, smiling. Pink lettering on front.
This is sort of a pictoral TV guide- Image heavy(all screencaps) and light on text- it features pages dedicated to the main characters, with progressively fewer pages dedicated to the rest (Utena in the front gets 12 pages, in the back each BR duelist gets half a page, but that's more or less as it should be). Again, there is very little text, most of which is limited to a french-eqsue word on each page. This book is very complete through the end of the series, so visual spoilers abound from the very first pages. Overall, a very nice, if small, visual 'memory'book of the tv series.

The japanese script book for AoU- smallish book, pink and black print cover with large white obi featuring boy-Utena on the front, and flirty-Anthy-on-her-back on the obi back. Mostly black and white- the script in japanese,some non-glossy color plates of AoU artwork (nothing new) and about 15 pages of the character sketch design pages in the back. Aprox 167 pages (8 color, and one color pull-out). Mine contained a bookmark insert with Shiori on it.

-*Sega Official SKU RGP guide
Guide book for the Sega Saturn Utena game- cover is largely bluish overall with Utena clashing swords with Chigusa. The suprising thing about this book is that it reads from cover to cover like an english book, not a japanese book. Inside are approx 127 color pages.
Text is japanese- sections include tv series summary, campus location guide, character profiles (including game only chars), character relationship chart, walkthroughs to obtain the different endings, an Utena merchandise guide (current to the book printing,1998), and interviews (although with who, I'm not entirely sure. The game developers, I expect)
. Lots of color artwork both from the tv series and the game, both promo art and screencaps.

-Doujinshi Anthologies
Found 2 new books- however I don't have them with me so I can't give official information on these yet. Published somewhat recently by Rapport Comics- these are 2 doujinshi anthologies. One for TV,and one for AoU. Various artists are included, even some pieces by artists who worked on Utena (Hasegawa included). Some incredible artwork. As these are (apparently) official publications, they do have ISBN numbers, but I do not have them right now.
As I said, some very nice art, no hentai- seems very much to be middle stories- ie, situations that could have happened between episodes, as opposed to plot shattering stories. They're very nice, particulary if you like doujinshi.

There are some sheet music books for Utena, however I've yet to get my hands on any.

These are Korean- supposedly officially lisenced, for that market.
On the small side, there are 3 books, each featuring Utena and other characters depending on book.
Poorly printed, wierd colors (in at least one book, Anthy has very white skin), and the punch out outfits don't always corrospond correctly with character. Ie, in one book, an outfit designed for Utena was one of Nanami's.
